The First User Workshop successfully took place at DG MOVE on 25 June 2013 in Brussels, Belgium. The Workshop was attended by around 20 participants from DG MOVE and about 10 participants from the consortium. It provided valuable information and discussions on user requirements for policies the HIGH-TOOL model should be responsive to, the scope of impact indicators, and to certain technical requirements. The application of MeetingSphere during the Workshop facilitated the efficient collection and real-time reporting of opinions, as well as focused discussions. The results of the Workshop are being consolidated and are key inputs to the development of the HIGH-TOOL model structure.
