During the Third User Workshop the pre-final version of the HIGH-TOOL model was presented to DG MOVE policy analysts. The agenda embraced a general introduction to the tool, a practical session and discussions of a wide range of user aspects. The feedback by the future users of the tool is an input for the development of the final model.
